Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Customized or personalized pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Return Process

- Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide further instructions.
- Shipping the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
